I somehow let 6 bananas turn to black, which never happens in my household. Luca eats roughly 5 of them a day and I am always throwing them in my green drinks in the morning.
I turned to Minimally Invasive to see what ideas she might have for my decaying produce. And this insanely delicious banana bread came up.

You can also put overripe bananas in the freezer, sans the skin, and then throw them into your green drinks.
